We have 2 ways to pay online! Both allow setting up of recurring payments or one time payments.
To pay with a checking or savings account use erentpayment
- You will need your account number and your bank routing number
- There is a $3 fee they will charge to use their service
To pay with a credit card use Plastiq
- You can use debit or credit cards
- There is a 2.5% service fee they will charge to use their service
PLEASE NOTE: Rent is due on the 1st of the month, with a grace period thru the 5th to allow time for the payments to arrive. Online payments take 2-4 working days to arrive in our account. You must take this into account when you make your payment because the payment still needs to be to us by the 5th to avoid late fees.
