Application Process
1. Contact us regarding the availability of a specific unit, answer all pre-qualification questions asked.
2. Print and fill out Application Form. One for each adult applying.
3. Turn in application during showing, or after seeing apartment by contacting us to meet or sending in by email.
4. Pay application fee of $15 per adult at the time the application is turned in. The fee can also be paid online thru the Rent Payments tab.
Applications will be processed after all of the above steps are complete. Processing usually happens within 48 hours. Occasionally longer time periods may be necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: You must have contacted us first to talk about an apartment & either scheduled a showing or made other arrangements before applying for an apartment.
