Deposits, Cleaning Charges & Other Fees:
Deposit: Varies depending on unit
Non-refundable fee (all units): $100
Last Month’s Rent collected in advance: All units (waived if excellent credit)
Cleaning we do is charged at $22/hr
Missing screens: $25 each
Stove drip pans need replaced: $15 for 4
Cigarette butts cleanup (outside): $30 per occurrence
Smoking inside (lease violation): $150 plus cleanup costs
Carpet cleaning (if pet was on premises): $150
Missing or broken mini-blinds: $15 each
Smoke detector missing/broken: $15 each
Smoke detector battery missing/not working: $5 each
Light bulbs: $2 each
Key not returned: $4 each
Other repairs are charged as needed
Authorized pet: $100 pet fee + $25/month rent
Unauthorized pet: $100 per occurrence
3 Day Notice Fee: $35
Early release Fee: $150
